A dance performance inspired by interviews with women working in the world’s oldest profession. Female prostitution through the eyes of the prostitutes themselves—their personal experiences, emotions, and thoughts. When fast money becomes an addiction, transforming into a life of fear, loneliness, and misunderstanding.

“Why did you choose to work in prostitution, to enter the erotic industry?”
“…Of course, the financial aspect. And once I had gotten through the first ‘unwanted’ one, it hardly mattered who came next…”

“What would you like to say to those who don’t understand your profession?”
“…That I understand why they don’t understand… and that’s completely fine. It’s the same old cliché—you only truly understand when you experience it yourself… With respect, one of us.”
